How to I sign up?
Complete the contact form and a Personal Questionnaire will be sent to you to fill out. We can arrange a video call to discuss your targets and goals and see if we’re a good match.
Do I need to be able to run a certain distance before i can sign up?
No, but ideally you should be able to complete a 5k 3-4 times per week. We can progress you from there.
How is the training delivered?
The training will be sent to our app and you can pick it up from there to load onto your smart watch.
Can I change my plan?
Of course, thats part of life! We will work together to find out a schedule that works for all parties.
Can I still train with my running club/group?
Yes, we will need to review what training you intend to complete with your club as this will need to work in collaboration with your set training, easy runs, of course.
How often can I contact my coach?
You will have 24/7 whatsapp support so any queries can be resolved quickly.
